We are extremely proud of our staff and the vast majority of them have been with us for a number of years. The Lodge have fully qualified staff trained at NVQ level from 2 up to level 4. We have an extremely low turnover in staff and this clearly assists in the building of relationships between members of staff and the residence. Members of staff are encouraged to build a rapport with the residence and this is evident in the relaxed atmosphere of The Lodge.
We pride ourselves on the training that our staff have undertaken that ensures our residents are cared for correctly. These include: Dementia Training Protection of vulnerable adults Abuse Prevention Training Health & Safety trained Fire Training Qualified First Aider's |
